Dude shouldn't have gotten off criminally. I'm all for protecting your private property, especially your house. But what he did is inexcusable imo.

There was a recent case, maybe posted here, not sure, about a guy who shot someone who was turning around in his driveway. Plea bargained down to misdemeanor assault.

I can't seriously disagree but I'm a believer in the law. According to witnesses he acted in a lawful manner. HOWEVER, his actions were sickening to me. I am a gun enthusiast and believe we have a profound responsibility. There was no dispute as to his irresponsible actions.

I have to support the criminal findings. I support the civil findings as well.
