The only spot LSU needs to sure up is decision making and improvement in the passing game. The rest is in place for a run. Again, look at the top finishers in the SEC and tell me the class of their qbs. They are mostly in their 3rd, 4th, and 5th years in their programs.

Agreed, stars must align as will always be the case in this league but we're right on the cusp.
Heck, we could have easily beaten Bama and MSU this year, which would have changed our performance against Arkansas. We'd be in it. So close but yes, stars must align.

The problem with Jennings is that despite starting 11 games and getting significant playing time in 2 other games, he has shown absolutely zero progression. He has actually regressed.
