SOS doesn't have another 4 to 5 years as HC in him, not without a strong HC in waiting, he just doesn't recruit hard enough(even though the program is now established enough and sells itself).
So, Boom as CIW would make some sense, as I just see SOS getting worn down lately with the losses. The football IQ of USCe this year took a lotta starch out of SOS.
Between being a Fla HC, USCe HC, LSU and Aub DC..poor Boom may never be welcomed again at UGa alum events?

I think he'll get a HC job. Does anyone know the terms of his firing and his buyout?

I'm not saying Muschamp isn't good but I don't think he did all that much to improve Florida's defense the last 4 years-- it was basically the same as it was under Meyer-- slightly better secondary at times but a slightly worse pass rush.
