Look people I hope Harris "gets it" and becomes the starter in 15 simply because he has more ability and potential than AJ...faster, stronger arm, etc.
However AJ is busting his butt without much help from the WRs and as many of you have pointed out...his coaching. Give the kid his props. This was one of his better games(that maybe unfortunate). He is a Tiger and clearly fighting. I for one am proud of his efforts.

He's a Tiger. For that reason...I'm proud of him.
The band, cheerleaders, trainers, students, fans, waterboys, etc. are also Tigers so I'm proud of them as well...but just like Jennings, I don't want to see any of them attempting to run the offense.
We gave Jennings all season so nobody can legitimately say he lacks experience. We've barely averaged double digits in our past four conference games. That's troubling and isn't something which will magically improve next spring.
What AJ did last night (maybe one of his best - but far from great) would be hard to replicate against a quality defense. It would also be easy to recognize and scheme if they attempted it every game. Without adding even a minimal passing attack, this team's record will unlikely improve next season. That's not negative...just a reality.
