re: Thanksgiving dinner physical altercation thread

Our family gatherings are better defined by a tension naturally attendant to the commonly held (but quiet) contempt that most in the family feel for at least a couple of other family members. I honestly don't know why so many families put themselves through these traditions without an honest affinity to justify them.
