I was asked to bring something chocolate, my sister wanted fudge, so I decided to try to make it. I went to the store earlier, got all the shite and came home. Then I realized I didn't have a can opener so I had to go back. Now I just tried to make it and I don't have a glass bowl big enough. frick this annoying arse shite, why do people expect me to do anything when they know I am single. I am just showing up empty handed.

I make my fudge in a big Magnalite pot.
1 can of milk
1 stick butter
4 heaping TBSP Hershey's cocoa (on the baking aisle)
6 cups sugar
Boil until soft ball stage (240 degrees). Remove from heat.
Add 1 cup nuts (optional), 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 jar of marshmallow cream.
Beat with hand mixer until it starts to get thick (5+ minutes).
Pour into greased cake pan.
Score top of fudge (to determine size of pieces) after about 1/2 hour.
Allow to cool then cut.
