Exactly. We were month to month on our lease(not by our choice..by landlord) and we just were told last week by our landlord we have to be out by end of the year. We just found another house(first one we applied for thank goodness) but around here...houses don't stay unrented for very long,esp if they are in a decent neighborhood. Last time we looked for a house to rent couple years ago we got rejected quite a few times, even though we were wanting to move there in like 2-3 weeks...by people that could move in that weekend after putting their app in.
