Incorrect.

I don't have any more in common with black people in Ferguson or other parts of the country than you do (assuming you're white) with random white people in Reno, Nevada.

I'm black and the actions of looters/rioters in Ferguson freaking Missouri don't speak for me, my extended family, or the majority of black people. That's not convenience, that's fact. Quit painting with a broad brush, or you're just as much of a race baiter as some people of color.

I agree with this. But, that doesn't counter the fact that there is a very large segment of the black population that aligns with the people in ferguson. In fact, I believe it is a majority.
