He hasn't said why, I mean his deal is 5 years 98m and a team option for a 6th season. I imagine the Giants probably came in at 4 years 70m or something and he felt that was low, only thing I could think

ESPN said that the Pads and Giants offers were both believed to be at least 5/90.
Probably will never know. But I hope they tried to slide something in the offer about keeping from turning into a fat slob.
