I thought JJ was an arrogant douche. But after hearing AJ talk, I dont think it was him.

I think it;s Miles and the staff. They are actually telling these players they are doing well, despite playing awful.

If the player thinks they are playing well, and it;s just some uncontrollable reason why they arent succeeding they have no reason to change. shite, they dont even know.

Thats the ultimate crime of Miles.
