Seems like they would hurry up and make the announcement if they indict.

Or, are they going to riot either way?

The agitators who are running the ground game don't really care about the case. They're here for the mayhem. I could see riots either way. I will be very surprised if McCullough wanted an indictment. And what the DA wants with the GJ is usually what they get.

Depends on the indictment (if there is one).

As I said above, I would expect it will be something like second degree involuntary manslaughter, a guilty verdict for which the maximum sentence is, I believe, 5 years, perhaps even 3 years. While it's more to their liking (obviously) than a non-indictment, they will be pissed that it's the lowest decision regarding personal culpability, especially the "involuntary" part. In the minds of many of them, it was flat out Murder, with a capital M, and while at first they may feel a bit placated just by getting any indictment, the crap-stirrers among them, and on CNN, will quickly drive home the fact that what the GJ said is that Wilson simply made a mistake in judgement as opposed to being a cold-blooded murderer, and their reaction will escalate in the days ahead.
