Not sure you know what you are talking about here. Carter was always UGa, with us possibly 2nd.

This. We made great headway with Carter, but too little, too late. He always had Georgia as his #1.

If it had been 100% Lorenzo's decision, he'd be a Tiger right now. Family and girlfriend talked him into staying home.

a good friend of mine is the head baseball coach at norcross high. carter woke up an lsu commit. it took family begging and a very hard push by new d coordinator jeremy pruitt to reel him in. he made the uga decision about 2 hrs before he signed. he went to bed the night before nsd a tiger. another major factor was he and his family driving in for their visit. he said it was a very long drive. dont know why he didnt fly.
