I can't possibly see this "working out". Maybe she can stay away from him, but this will flare up again in the future with someone else. Her behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable.

You seem to already have her viewpoint figured out-she finds this guy interesting, knows he is getting under your skin, and is trying to get a rise out of you. Why? Because it's funny to see a "player" like you get upset.

You've pretty much lost it by this point-however, you did get to bang a hot girl for a while so that's pretty cool. It seems like you can find another girl that isn't as hard on your ticker. Trying to put the guy down or out-alpha him is futile--your girlfriend will see right through what you're doing. I would focus less on fixing her shitty behavior and more on how you can stop the relationship on your own terms.
