She was without insurance and couldn't get treatment for her obesity. The hospital never spent the necessary time to properly diagnose her condition due to a lack of coverage. He reasons the State wronged her by denying her disability and the hospital was profit driven for not spending the necessary time to find out what was wrong with her.
