She had a State job. She was denied disability and was told to quit or get fired. She chose to quit but appealed the disability ruling. She was without insurance and couldn't get treatment for her obesity. The hospital never spent the necessary time to properly diagnose her condition due to a lack of coverage. He reasons the State wronged her by denying her disability and the hospital was profit driven for not spending the necessary time to find out what was wrong with her.

anger is a part of the grieving process. This stage is often manifested in blaming something/someone for the death of the person.

totally normal. He will move past it and move on.
