Do you blame the death of a loved one on someone or something?

I talked with a dude whose daughter died of cirrhosis of the liver. She was 400 lbs. The way he sees it is was her jobs fault for denying her disability and the hospital's fault for not wanting to treat her without insurance. It would suck to blame your own daughter for getting to 400 lbs. It makes more sense to blame the government and big business.

They would have treated her if he or she had enough money

He sounds like a Godless communist who hates America and everything she stands for.

I usually blame God.

Not to sound insensitive, but did her job, the hospital, the government, or big business cause her to get to 400lbs?

How exactly did her job "deny her disability"?

I may have misunderstood your post, and if i did, then I apologize.

He's in pain from burying his daughter and in denial about the cause. I wouldn't read too much into it

My mother in law blames the hospital for her 98 year old father dying.

For a long time I blamed myself for the death of a friend. I didn't want to play golf early in the morning b/c it was too cold so he caught an earlier flight. Flight never made it.
