I don't really understand how you were bored. The dialogue is awesome. It's got some Mad Men in it where the dialogue is top notch. Peaky Blinders definitely has more action though. But I don't mind the episodes without action.

Okay. Two episodes onto season 2, and the show is still awesome. So much fricking stuff packed into each episode. It's awesome.
