Au contraire. DROP caps the retirement system's liability three or five years earlier. Retirement systems love DROP, employees not so much.

If employees do no love DROP, they do not have to take it. EBR does not force their employees into retirement, and forces DROP at 70.5 years of age. I do not understand your argument.
