I want to see a world where the P5 ooc schedules are against other P5 schools.

This should be mandatory.
But it would really hurt the FCS and lower D-1 schools

Kind of unfair to do that to the teams in the best conferences.
That would just lead to all the SEC teams scheduling ACC teams and beating the crap out of them.
Oh, and now that it is required for everyone in the SEC to play at least one P5 OOC team per season, that's exactly what's happening. LSU/Syracuse home/home scheduled. Ole Miss/Wake Forest home/home scheduled, etc.
