ok lets try this again.
for the leviton switch:
hole(s) marked BK get the TWO black wires at the bottom of the pic (one in each hole by BK)
WH is neutral, that gets the white pigtail
hole marked RD gets the ONE black wire at the top of the switch in the pic.
is that right?
