Garbage. An invisible injury like a broken hand is one thing, a visible injury like a cut is different. Vitali was lobbying to keep fighting Lewis, he couldn't prevent the doctor/ref from stopping the fight.

He would have lost sight in one eye if he kept going. His whole face was falling off. This was an old version of Lewis by the way.
