Dr. Vick for me as well with the same experience. Procedure lasted less than 15 minutes. Was cautious for about ten days. Not any pain but you wouldn't just want to jump out of a chair or do sprints. Woke up on the 11th day and it was like it never happened. Everything is as it was feeling and performance wise. I did my self the favor of not reading one thing about it before the procedure.
