I love this Luke guy….he is a wonderful man, father, husband, and American. And I am being dead serious….he is 100 times the man I will ever be.

However…I don't think he should automatically be gifted the chance to appear on the field and I have a problem with outsiders trying to get petitions going to ensure that he sees the field. There are plenty of other walk-ons who never get to see the field either. I am sure even Luke himself wouldn't want something that he has not earned, just for the purpose of ceremony.

And for those in this thread saying Miles is not a class act if he doesn't play the kid….you can all go die in the same fire together.

Relax, luke is a cool dude. Even being a network data system technician like he was in the Marines is something special. It's a cool story

I would be hard pressed to call a 27 year old husband and father a kid...not some 19 year old we are taking about here...
