I never hinted that someone doesn't deserve due process. What I have a problem with is assuming she's lying all the time? Why not assume the guy did it? Men have raped before. Men have raped more often than women who have lied about it.

Many people do assume the guy did it. Many assume the girl is lying. Sorry there just isn't the bias you want to believe there is.
