So, the cheating neighbor (Chief Narc) already knows that you "know" about his little dalliance. Rest assured, that bag of coke is already planted someone on your personal property or you will be swimming with the fishes or wake up with a horse head in your bed.

At this point, for your personal safety, you should let him look at your wife's and sister in laws "knots" as much as he likes. Otherwise, float a low profile.
