ocho, the first issue in this case is whether the guy was, in fact, fleeing at the time he was killed, or whether he was, as some have said, charging at Wilson. Two way different scenarios, each of which puts the case on a different side of Garner.

I agree. But after I saw the attitude and actions of Brown during the strong armed robbery just moments before this incident I lean towards charging the cop in anger not running away in fear.
