of course that is possible. but if you have ever managed people that need training before launching their endeavor (which I highly doubt you have) then you should KNOW that teaching is a two way street; you have the teacher and you have the student. the teacher cannot drill a hole in the students head and insert the necessary variables that the student needs to be successful. students learn these at their own rate whether the teacher likes it or not.

well, since it's a comparison between AJ and BH then you are at a decidedly unfair position aren't you? it seems as if the coaching staff, men with over a hundred years of collective hands on live experience, feel that overall AJ gives the team the best chance to win the game at this time.

and you, with zero credible experience, have concluded that they are wrong and you are right. you have no proof nor do you have the expertise nor team knowledge to base your opinion but as a fan you have the right to voice it. most folks just ignore your opinions but for some unknown reason I selected this post to answer your questions. I have a headache and have been sick all day and I guess I just feel masochistic.
