I'm okay in my thinking that a percentage of illegal immigrants come here for better work opportunities without expecting handouts from the govt.

Yes it is. What you say is reality but it isn't what they GOP advertises. You don't hear GOP candidtates saying "I can spend your money better than the other guy" in their political ads.

That is my point. If the GOP had campaigned like that this last election, they would have won jack squat
