Yes, they are down in EBR. That means fewer existing home owners in EBR are wanting to sell their house.

In AP the new listings are up. That means more existing home owners in that parish want to sell, as in LEAVE.

What's your point because I'm pretty sure you have completely misinterpreted the graphic?

Where does it say that? You're forgetting about new homes built.

It may be evidence of existing homeowners wanting to sell, but even if it is it does not mean they want to leave AP. They could be upsizing or downsizing within AP. The new listings could also be new construction.

I think it is safe to say that you may have misinterpreted the information provided as well.
