I have a fire pit, a grate on top, a piece of barn siding and a burlap sack ready at the farm.
Tomorrow I'll get a good fire going, put the grate and tin over it, dump a sack of oysters on tin and cover with wet burlap sack. Ten minutes I'm eating steamed/smoked oysters. Good stuff. Will do a sack Thanksgiving morning as well.
