re: $200-$220 budget. Best spinning reel/rod for inshore fishing?

I used to use nothing but Symetre 1500 spinning reels, moved to baitcasters. I still have the spinners for guests, they held up but needed work due to the abuse I put them thru. Something similar on a 7" Falcon Original and you can bring in most fish you'll hook. Know nothing about fresh, so dragging a bass thru lilies with 900# test is Greek to me.
