CC is running what CLM wants him to run. I doubt miles is calling many plays because they choose what plays they will run for the game when implementing the game plan. I guess you don't think he is involved in the offensive game plan each week?
Let's just say he has absolutely no input in the offense...he must be happy with it if he hasn't demanded CC to open it up. He is the man in charge and is ultimately responsible for the product on the field.
