Nope, but you're such a sweetheart for thinking of me. At best I would be an average GM. Much respect to GMs. I just ain't got it in me. But if the new GM needs help seeing the forest for the trees, I'm the tits.

Ninfa's has been raking in the dough for years, and still is. Location, Location, Location. That's there "secret" to success. I hope nobody here actually thinks that having better than average food is necessary to a restaurant's success. Nope. Just "good enough" will do just fine. Ninfa's may be in a down period (I really don't know), but it would take an act of God or a major foodborne illness outbreak to cause them any pain, and that would be temporary.

I go to Ninfa's because I like their homemade flour tortillas. However, their food quality, in my opinion, has declined significantly from the early 2000 years.

Almost seems as if, for fajitas, the meats are pre-cooked and come out very quickly as if I was standing in a cafeteria line.

The best Tex Mex place in BR area is now Mi Padres. As a rule, I won't visit other Tex Mex restaurants that don't make homemade flour tortillas. I travel too much to Texas to eat that pre-package garbage.
