And of course we get more typical lies and dissembling from Ferguson PD:

But a police incident report confirms that Wilson arrested Arman at his home on Redmond Avenue on 28 October 2013.

Wilson also charged him with breaching pit bull regulations, only to have it proven that the dog in question was a bulldog.
