"This is a time where we're at this bubble period. It's either going to burst and people are going to show up, or you'll see it crash, because it's not enough people down here to support the businesses," warned Michael Labat, co-owner of the 3rd Street Pub and Blend Wine Bar. "People are waiting to see if the residential projects are really going to take off. It's exciting, but a very nerve-racking time."
