You don't break the bank on a RB unless he's an all-purpose guy who can really make a difference. Ingram doesn't fit that mold. What he believes he is (in his head)...is a lot more than what he has shown in four seasons.

It's time to move forward. Draft a RB in the 3rd-4th round and try to find a FA who can effectively run the screen. Invest the $$$ in the O-line.

For someone to say the Saints don't use him appropriately is a joke. What they're really saying is he's unable to adapt to anything other than being a one-dimensional player. We're NOT going to change our system to account for his shortcomings.

We have too many holes on this team and can't afford to overpay an average player OR to waste a high draft pick (1st-2nd round) on a RB.

I would rather our first 3 picks be Guards and a T to be honest.I wouldn't mind a RB in the 6th or 7th round. As far as CB I would rather we pick up a solid veteran in FA, there will hopefully be some at a decent price after the season, maybe someone who got hurt this year and their team lets them walk. We will imo have to let either Grubbs or Evans go, don't think we can let both go. Hopefully we get 2 high picks at Guard and the better one start right away while the other sits a year. As far as T, just have someone sit behind Strief for a year or 2 that is a good backup, our depth there is horrid.
