You are asking the wrong question.....Cam doesn't have a chance to develop a QB that doesn't run the offense Cam runs best.. An offense like last year........... In THAT situation I would say Harris is the man,,, BUT Les is all over this offense... He has a big problem. He doesn't trust Jennigs or Harris to run Cam's offense....

3 Things should be noted.

1) Cam is given way too much credit for last year's development of Mett. He did help him, but game experience, coaching from Kragthorpe in 2012 and swagger started to build up for him towards the end of the season (2nd half of Bama game on).

Another key factor was our top 2 WRs learned to catch the freaking ball consistently. Drops killed Mett that year.

Also was the emergence of Hill at running back. He shifted the entire offensive style and it changed the offense.

2) Cam hasn't developed a raw QB in how many years at the collegiate level. Being able to coach up NFL QBs or developed QBs doesn't take the same type of skills as coaching up players fresh out of high school. Crowton had the same issues after Flynn left.

3) This offense doesn't fit either QB's skillset at all, and that is on Cam or Les, whomever you choose to blame.

I think Cam is just overrated last year, especially seeing as how LSU's offense developed one WR (partially in Dural) and no legitimate TE last year.
