You and the OP hit the nail on the head. We have an Administration that is not committed to a winning football program as they have no ties to LSU. It is just another job to them. The only thing that will make them change the status quo is if revenue significantly drops and their jobs are in danger. Only way that happens is for the LSU fans to boycott the football team. Do not renew season tickes, do not buy merchandise, etc. I'm not in favor of that at all but it does seem like the only way to make the Administration get off their asses and do something.

I am not saying that is the answer. That could weaken LSU to the point of no return. Look at Miami. The answer is for the Administration to care and get their priorities right in relation to the fans and the long term success of the Athletic Department.

Les is stubborn. That is the issue. We all see what needs to be done but he doesn't see it. Someone needs to get through to him, whether we are talking recruiting or player development or scheme - whatever the actual problem is.
