Upvotes for yes - supportive, and downvotes for no - not supportive. I'd like to get a reading of the Tigerdroppings community. Don't base it just off of one game. Think overall and make your vote count.

You can give reasons for/against in the comments below, but I'd like to see some actual numbers. This might also be a way to give a some concrete feedback to those paying attention.

EDIT: I did not ask if he should be fired/should leave. That is a whole other decision. I just mean, are you supportive of him as in believing in him, behind him, think he can turn this around, overall think he is doing a good job, etc. - or, have you stopped believing that. I don't want it to be based on just one game - just an overall view.

define "support"

I wouldn't care if Miles left or was fired, but I also don't think he should be fired yet...

I'll be the first to admit I downvoted. I'm done with his stubbornness and inability to recognize the QB as an important position.

It's pretty clear that people who support Miles quit posting for awhile after a loss. Same goes for the titty babies after a win. Right now we are in the great titty baby uprising of our time, there will be nothing concrete about these numbers.

I don't think Miles should be fired....but it would be a good time for him to go to Michigan.

No hard feelings Les it is just business you seemed determined not to evolve with the current landscape of college football. I understand you like your style of smash mouth football and pounding the rock, however you have to make teams respect the pass. Plain and simple teams are not threaten by our pass game. Because of this our offense in one dimensional and predictable.

Supportive.

That being said, I think even I'm ready for a change. Not because I don't like the man in the head chair, but because I think after 10 seasons two things have become painfully apparent.

First...a good portion of the LSU fan base will NEVER get on board with the head coach of the program. Whether warranted or not, this makes having him in the big chair excruciating much of the time. even when the Tigers are winning we've got fans grousing. frick that...I'm tired of it.

Second...while I love the guy and find him to be a great face for the program, a solid recruiter, and awesome CEO of the program, I've tired of post game responses from him that sound more like a fan who has no control of the actual game than the head ball coach who, in the end, makes all decisions on the field. I'm also tired of not really having a set in stone offensive philosophy and recruiting to that and that alone. I'm fine with being one dimensional...if we are that by choice. But there is just no earthly reason why we can;t find even the tiniest semblance of a passing game with two highly recruited QB's, regardless of the age or experience level. If we're going to be pro-syle, recruit pro-style QB's. If we're going to be spread, recruit spread. Quit trying to do both because by doing so we seem to do neither well consistently.

Best case scenario for me would be that Miles succumbs to pressure (or simply acknowledged it on his own) and lets Cam either run a wide open 21st century offense (that can still be pro-style...anyone see NFL teams lately?) or he hires a young guy to come in and run his own system while Miles continues to oversee the program AND fans get on board with it.
