The man is either the worst QB talent evaluator on the planet or, he can't figure out how to develop them worth shite.

That is not the case, QBs just pick up and leave. That is why the spreads work, it allows a more plug and play approach at QB. Pro style is highly QB reliant. Malzahn could find 10 QBs tomorrow and have them ready to move the ball in less than a year. Of course this is a bad week to prop up Gus.
