90% of the folks here act as if Cameron is a savant because he coached in the NFL
He is a journeyman coach, that runs an offense that went out of date shortly around Dan Fouts career ended.
He can do well with SPECTACULAR RECEIVER AND QB PLAY...but it all depends on beating one on one matchups. That is the only reason we had any success last year. This year we cant hide any of our deficiencies and that is what a good OC does.

Yup he shines with this... But he doesn't have the same personal as he did last year... He will shine in a pro style offense. Not this style that Les wants to run.
