just from what I saw on TV, she handled herself very well. She could have easily gone full trash mode and attacked the guy.

Just saw on the news this morning that she is from the town where I live now in central Kentucky originally. She said she is hoping to use her "fame" to try to do a charity event to raise money for kids with cancer and said she was touched by the story of Bengals player Devon Still.

She's the marrying kind.

That's awesome. She seemed like a very nice person who handled herself really well when that "man" did that. A lot of women would have absolutely gone off on him. Her team just scored a TD right in front of her and she was excited about it. Then, the WR throws HER the ball and this guy elbows her in the face and steals it from her. In our society today, you might have easily seen her fists and hair flying. But, she laughs about it and after asking for the ball accepts that he won't give it to her.

Rare, actually.

The "man" on the other hand is a complete jerk and there is no way that he can be defended. Absolutely pitiful. He should be ashamed.

And, I feel that way about men who steal baseballs from kids and other people in baseball stadiums. I get that there is often a fight for a ball, but you have to be reasonable. Go for it from your place but don't run over someone else to get it. And, in this situation, the intent of the Bengal WR was obviously to give the ball to the lady.
