Again, I'd buy this, but we also had another highly rated QB behind this abortion of a QB.

They can't ALL be head cases AND, well, um, coaching up head cases is why you pay Les what you pay him too.

Rettig wasn't very good. Always struggled in scrimmages and practice. Couldn't take a snap from under center. His was just a case of not being talented enough.

I'm sorry. If it is in act true that our most recent 3 QBs are
1)Worst starter in major college football
2)Head case that can't beat out the worst starter in college football
3)QB that had LESS talent than worst starter in college football

then, THAT is pretty much proof that our coach is the worst QB talent evaluator in the history of the sport.

Even if one buys the whole "Perriloux screwed us" rhetotoric from before, this would mean that at recruiting kids straight out of HS, Miles has COMPLETELY whiffed. COMPLETELY!!!

That's not even fricking possible. YOU could throw darts at a board of 4 stars and do better.

We're screwed.

truth.... he was a nice dude, had a smoking hot girlfriend, but the dude was NOT a good QB...

i really think because he was white, some here were willing to overlook the fact that he wasn't that talented, but in the end, he just wasn't good enough to overtake AJ...
