Agree 100%. I feel for him. He's a good kid and a hard worker, but he's trying to do something he can't. I really think it's a maturity issue. He's never had to work for anything before and now that he has to, he doesn't want to put in the effort necessary.

They can't ALL be head cases AND, well, um, coaching up head cases is why you pay Les what you pay him too.
