Its a loser issues for republicans which is why they don't talk about it.
They have changed the frame of reference to talk about national debt vs. deficit (see this thread, or really any zach post about the economy).
If they talked about the deficit, they would have to give props to obama. They would rather eat dead babies than give obama any sort of credit.
Its all about politics, not what is right for our country.

Why? These are Congress's budgets have have been in place. None of Obama's proposed budgets were enacted.

Why? Because he was able to cut back much of the deficit he and the Democrat Congress created? So we get taken three steps toward financial ruin and one of the main architects should be praised for taking a step or two back before taking the next step forward?
