It's what I keep going over in my head. I have shares I bought almost 7 years ago till now. My lowest in was $108 (pre split) 
I bought back in again in 2013 at about $390, Of course, I had bought some at $650 at one point
But, even those shares are doing all right for me now 
Like you, I don't believe the iWatch will be a huge success, so I have been trying to plan my exit strategy. I will wait until after the holidays and into the new year anyway as I think the climb will continue a bit longer and of course, tax reasons for myself. When to get out though, that's the question...
ETA: Over $114 now

The iwatch might not do much but Apple Pay could be a difference maker.
