Think about that - if you live in Grand Isle and get a jury duty summons - that's a 102 mile drive, one-way, to the courthouse. I mean, you didn't sue anybody, nobody sued you and you didn't break the law.
Just a jury summons, and you got to be in the car, 4 hours a day until the jury is over.

They don't put you up in a hotel?
BTW who replies to those anyways? I have been invited for jury duty 4-5 times in my life, in AZ and Cali, and I have always politely declined to acknowledge I received them and they don't do shite.
