Some Memphis notes:
Gus's is great--get ranch (rainch) dressing with it. Also known as Alabama Cocktail Sauce.
If you go to Tops, DON'T get the Q! Great cheeseburgers!
Isaac Haye's place is no more. Gone!
Soulfish Grill - Okra, catfish, smoked chicken wings!
For BBQ, go to Cozy Corner near St Jude. Ribs are rollin' straight. Get the Cornish Game hen! Rib tips good too.
