I'm going to have to disagree here. The only reason why he finds a way to make "enough" big plays is because the defense has kept it close.
I don't mean to bash the guy as he is a Tiger and a student athlete, so I guess I should put the blame on the coaches (recruiting, development, etc). Like Skip Bertman once told a pitcher as he was taking him out of the game and the pitcher told him sorry, Bertman said "it's not your fault, I'm the one who thought you could pitch."

You make my point for me - within the context of what they needed him to do he has done it and they won close games as a result. The only close one they lost was Bama and that had so many other variables that allowed Bama to steal the win.
I would concede that if Jennings had played better they may have won, but there were a lot of drops and he ran the offense efficiently. His only interception was due to his receiver slipping.
