This douche has been dressing as the joker for a while now. Here's what I don't get... what the frick does the joker have to do with the Saints?! If he'd coordinate his colors to be Black and Gold, then I would give some nod of approval. But no, he just wears that green shite. He's just a tool playing Haloween on Sundays.
