Yup. He coaches at offense heavy franchises that give him a patchwork defense. His defense plays well enough to win, but the offense fricks up one too many times, and he catches all the flack

definitely not on rob ryan. One safety lost his awareness on a play, other than that, the D would bailed out our offense yesterday.

There is no one that can hold coverage for that amount of time. It boils down to getting pressure on the QB. At least force him to make a off balance throw. He had all day to survey the field and was able to plant his feet. I dont know why we did not blitz him on that play. I rather see him under a little pressure and be forced to make a throw with someone in his face, then sit back there all day and wait for one of our DB's to lose a WR.
